Because we are an event planning company and fresh floral design team, many of our items are not eligible for refund or returns. If you place an order in error, please contact us at orders@vareusevents.com, and we can help you.

If an item is eligible for return, you have 30 days from time of purchase to begin the return process. Items must not be used and must be returned in their original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as event flowers are all sales final.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Services
  • Downloadable software products
  • One on One Zoom or phone in planning hours.
  • Entrance or a space at one of our workshops or events

An alternative to ordering these goods and services online is to call us, email us, or set up purchase directly in person. If you have any questions, contact us for a free consultation before purchasing. We have a separate digital invoicing and service agreement option available for any of the services or floral products we offer for online purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only offer our services for sale on line in Oregon within a specified region. If your venue and delivery address is not within a zip code we service but it is within Oregon, contact us – we often can accommodate you.


All of our services and workshop spaces are non refundable. Fresh flowers cannot be returned nor refunded. If your item is able to be returned, and once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Info

Shipping rates are preset to auto calculate by zone. Certain items require delivery. If you place an order and select local pick up for an item that MUST be delivered, you will either be invoiced for the delivery charge required or your order will be cancelled and your purchase fully refunded.
