When you are planning a wedding, sometimes you don’t know right away that you need a professional’s help. The thing is somebody has to be in charge of everything – somebody has to make sure there is a working timeline for your vendors to set up and there’s enough time to get all of the details set before the ceremony and reception begin. Enjoying your wedding day is important for you and your loved ones. If you need a professional, my team and I are here to help! While most of our work with you will happen in the last month or two, we book up well in advance, so book early.
What To Expect

- reviewing the contracts you’ve already signed to confirm exactly what services you are going to receive from your vendor team

- Access to our custom collaborative digital planning and budgeting tools online
- Unlimited texts and emails
- Limited check in and planning meetings, as we feel neccessary
- I attend your final walkthrough, if needed
- Timeline creation assistance for vendors and wedding party

- Up to 14 hours of planning coverage set up- clean up on your wedding day
*** If your venue does not include chairs and tables that are set up by the venue, design and set up services may be required – you will most likely need our Partial Planning or Full Planning Services.

Partial Planning & Design
$3,000 (within 2 hour drive of Portland)
This package is our most popular. If you have a venue and some vendors but need some guidance early in the planning process, as well as design help – this may be the perfect package for you.
What To Expect
Everything in the Wedding Day Management Package plus the following:
- Budget setting and tracking guidance and assistance from day 1
- Regular check in meetings to keep you on track
- Complete design services
- Access to our decor inventory for your wedding design on your wedding day.
- Rental details management – a complete tracking and coordination of all of the tables, chairs, dance floor, place settings, table cloths, catering company rental needs, etc. you will rent from a rental company.
- Vendor team management from day 1
- Attend vendor meetings as available, and as appropriate
- Assistance planning your ceremony details
- Officiant assistance for first timer friend officiants
***If your venue is a private residence, a venue with inclusive tables and chairs that are not set up by the venue or full service catering company, or if you are not using a full service rental company, additional charges may be required for some labor intensive large venues. That will be included in your initial quote.

Full Service Planning
$4,000 (within 2 hour drive of Portland)
You will get to know me as a calming guide and an advocate for you, from day one and throughout this process. Planning is my full time job, it does not need to be yours! With this package you will enjoy the benefits of having a professional assisting and guiding you through the entire planning and design process. This package is best designed for couples just starting their planning process who need help finding a venue.
What To Expect
Every wedding is different but most full service planning packages include all of the above service, plus the following:
- Venue finding services, if needed
- Catering finding and pricing services
- Vendor team finding service
- Assistance with RSVP tracking, meal selection counts for catering (plated service), and table chart creation guidance and assistance
- This package includes labor for venues requiring table and chair set up and clean up services not provided by another member of your vendor team.
Intimate & Condensed Weddings
Requires a custom quote starts at $1,800+

From large family estate weddings to intimate winter weddings in your living room, we can help convert your family home in to a wedding venue. If a well planned full wedding at home or an elopement anywhere in Oregon is your ideal, we can help you realize your desired design and day.
Party Planning: Anniversaries, Vow Renewals, Brunches, Wreath or Centerpiece Making Parties, House Parties, Birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Showers, Graduations, Etc.

I have experience organizing and planning political fundraiser house parties, auctions, large and intimate birthdays, showers, grad parties, and more. If you’d like to host a get together with friends to learn how to make wreaths or centerpieces, we just charge a flat fee plus cost of supplies. If you are hosting a fundraiser or party at home and need help designing the event and hiring vendors, we can assist you with just the right referrals and event timeline and design.
Green Wedding Planning
Many people wrongly believe you must make sacrifices and spend more to leave a smaller carbon footprint on your wedding day. I always plan and design with an eye towards sustainability and green practices. If the environmental impact of your wedding is important to you, I can help shape your vendor and planning choices accordingly.
